This is a Morane-Saulnier Paris, and there are substantial rumors this type will be used by a new two-ship airshow demo team next year. One of the two pilots is expected to be legendary F-14 pilot Dale Snodgrass.

All too often at Oskosh are we spoiled by the high-speed performances by the WWII fighters to appreciate the slower bi-planes.
